Francois Debeney

Graduated with a master's degree in business law ( Maîtrise - Paris I - La Sorbonne), the diploma of the Institute of Business Law (IDA) (Paris II - Assas) and a master's degree in Labor Law ( DESS DPRT) (Paris II - Assas), François has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2005 and focuses his practice on assisting and advising companies and managers on all of their issues related to the employment relationship. Having practiced in various leading labor law teams in niche firms and international firms, François has developed a particular expertise in collective and strategic issues (and more particularly in restructuring and change operations), collective bargaining (working time, employee savings plan) and litigation with high added value (collective litigation, electoral litigation, individual litigation involving senior executives).
Used to deal with complex and strategic situations, François is keen to be as pedagogical as possible (even within the framework of a complex legal ecosystem) and to provide pragmatic and operational advices to fulfill his client’s needs.
His practice covers both advice and litigation, for French and foreign employers and managers.
